We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our website and apps for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any storefront rules (including Google Play).
3. Accounts & purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by the platform (e.g. Google Play). Their billing terms apply. Refunds are subject to that platform’s policies.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
- Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Do not scrape or republish our content without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
Apps, art, code, trademarks, and site content remain owned by Makini Visual Studio or our licensors. No rights are granted except the limited licence above.
6. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makini Visual Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms, modify features, or discontinue Services. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. Belgian courts have jurisdiction where permitted.
